PTG Operation Training Specialist
5.3.20.1 Provide support to a team performing active operational support to Department of Defense and Geographic Combatant Commander Partner Engagement strategies and priorities within various operational/geographical areas.
Maintain access to and employ NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS information technology systems for both written and verbal communications.
5.3.20.2 Assist team member with travel orders through Defense Travel System (DTS) and non-DTS authorizations for DoD travelers using the current Travel Management System (TMS) program of record; submit authorizations to government representative for final review and approval.
5.3.20.3 Maintain knowledge of the Joint Travel Regulations and other pertinent policies and regulations related to official travel.
5.3.20.4 Maintain country and theater clearances for official OCONUS travel using the Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS) and the Travel Tracker/Individual Antiterrorism Plan program (TT/IATP).
5.3.20.5 Develop and maintain team member requests for access to United States Embassies using the Department of State eCountry Clearance (eCC) system.
5.3.20.6 Employ existing processes to assist government personnel in procuring official passports and visas in support of official travel through the passport offices at Fort Huachuca and Davis-Monthan Air Force Base.
5.3.20.7 Assist interagency partners in submission of Foreign Visit Requests in support of DOD bilateral programs.
5.3.20.8 Communicate with the Joint Coordination Element/Academy for Defense Intelligence (JCE/ADI4) and interagency partners to track the status of upcoming bilateral events.
5.3.20.9 Maintain and update short-, mid-, and long-term calendars in support of planned team events.
5.3.20.10 Schedule team personnel for pre- and post-travel security briefings.
5.3.20.11 Maintain access to the US DOD Personnel Recovery Management System (PRMS) in support of team member records.
5.3.20.12 Travel with team leadership to CONUS and OCONUS DOD headquarters locations to conduct in-person coordination with DOD and interagency partners.

Qualifications for PTG Operations Training Specialist
a) Current TS/SCI
b) Experience supporting operations at a Combatant Command, Component Command, Theater Special Operations Command, The Joint Special Operations Command, a Regional Task Force (RTF) or other equivalent joint formation.
c) Experience working in Cross Functional Teams, Operational Planning Teams, and other groups that aim to bring disparate capabilities together to achieve effects.
d) You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
e) Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft office tools to include SharePoint and OneNote.
f) A practical understanding of how bilateral and multilateral operations are incorporated into the National Defense Strategy.
g) Working knowledge of the Military Department intelligence entities, Interagency, and the DOD enterprise.
h) Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
