Your role:

Process inflows of payable invoices within EMEA region into SAP systemControl over accuracy of financial postings, correction of errors and clearing of open positions on suppliers’ accountsPrepare and present the analysis of vendors accountsTaking care of effective communication between internal and external stakeholdersActive participation in the process of migration of PTP processesParticipation and coordination in month-end and year-end closing processPerforming daily processes according to the Standard Operational Procedures and cooperation with audit department in case of internal or external controlSupport in ad-hoc and non-standard activitiesParticipating in the projects and improvement actions, by supporting Supervisor/Project Manager

Requirements:

At least 1 year of professional experience in Accounts Payable process (required)Very good command of English language (required)Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and SAP environment (required)University Graduate - Education in Accounting, Finance or Economy  (preferred)Well-developed prioritization and time management skills, good analytical skills and problem solving approach
