Your Role

Review and maintain accounting recordsEnsure accuracy and efficiency of operationsProvide support and solutions to the business areas and to the Finance teamsPoint of contact for suppliersProcess transactions (invoices, credit notes)Match supplier invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepanciesPost invoices into accounting system on a daily and timely basis while ensuring invoices are coded to the correct GL accounts and cost centersPrepare  paymentsPerform month-end activities and reportingAnalyze vendor accounts, solve negative balancesReconcile vendor statementsPerformance according to KPI, CPI and company policyCommunicate with vendors to resolve account discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiriesCommunicate with client, provide support and solutionsParticipate on improvement and optimization projectsParticipate in ad-hoc projects and special tasks, as assigned

 
To succeed, you will need  

Proficient knowledge of EnglishUser PC skills (Excel basics, knowledge of SAP can be an advantage)Secondary education or higher with Accountancy / Banking / Finance backgroundF&A process understanding & accounting knowledgeAbility to work independently as well as in the teamInspiring commitment among other team membersAbility to create and run good relationship within the company and with clientsAnalytical, interpersonal  and communication skills with strong problem solving abilitiesFocus on detail and qualityExcellence in timeliness, accuracy and consistency of data entryStrong organizational and analytical skills; ability to multi-task and meet deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
