Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Brand Engagement Team’s operations, encompassing technological requirements, human resources, budget administration, team performance management, spiritual development, knowledge sharing and other related tasks.Research and write speeches, talking points, briefings, reports, endorsements and articles to be delivered by the National Director. Ensures all communications and messaging are in alignment with sector lead strategies and as well as brand awareness directives.Regularly consult with NDO and RD on priorities with special attention to communication, brand messaging, external engagement and events Coordinates and collaborates with key related functions i.e. communications team and other members of the SLT or Operations, RD or other staff as may be needed.Support Social media management of WV accounts for branding, resource development, advocacies, others.Support ND: Engage key stakeholders such as members of the media, donors, government officials, etc. to have affinity to the ND; and SLT and BOT will be part of key speaking and judging events, club memberships, media features, award ceremonies, etc.Special projects/ campaign management: ND will be able to run small-scale special projects or campaigns such as invitations to target Members of the Foundation, surprise site visits, activities in support to RD, etc.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Social Sciences and other related fields.Certified Brand Manager (CBM) or similar certification is preferred.Five-year proven experience in public relations, brand management, marketing, communications or other related fields With strong understanding of marketing and communication strategies, media channels, branding, and developing relationships with media and coordinating events.Can work collaboratively with wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, media relationships management, strategic planning, advanced analytical skill and problem-solving skills, crisis management and stakeholder engagement.Strong leadership and project management, good collaboration and teamwork.Expertise in the industry in which World Vision operates (preferably).
