The company has open positions of Public Affairs Specialist. The Public Affairs Specialist will participate in developing and implementing strategies to engage with government authorities and company stakeholders and ensure company visibility. This position plays a crucial role in shaping public policy, advocating the company's interests, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Close interaction with the GA and MA Lead on shaping public policy and advocating the company’s interests.Analysis of healthcare and pharmaceutical area rules and regulations as instructed and regular monitoring of legislative updates and other public information in close collaboration with GА and MA Lead, participation in external activities as needed.Preparation of all necessary documents and materials to ensure timely and effective cooperation with external stakeholders as well as external communication materials and/or publications as instructed.Analysis of tendering and other relevant rules as needed and preparation of necessary documents for company’s participation in public tendering, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations in close cooperation with GA and MA LeadAnalysis of the EU webs and regulations as needed to provide necessary input.Participation in the solution of important emergency issues, development of necessary responsesSupport to industrial issues important for company activities, preparation of draft materials in order to minimize external negative impact.Regular study of industry trends, best practices and monitoring of noveltiesContribution to the internal development procedures for medicines in the area of liability, upon necessitySupport to internal organizational and policy needs, preparation of reports on key issues as needed.Cooperation with other functions upon necessity as per GA and MA Lead instructionsMaintenance of company databases and regular input update as needed.Other duties and assignments arising from the function area.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in communication, Political Science, Public Policy, Law or a related field.Proven experience in, public affairs, communications, government relations or a related role in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.Good understanding of healthcare and pharmaceutical regulations and legislative trends.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, written and oral, sense of diplomacy.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, stress resistance, high level of responsibility in all endeavors.Excellent written and oral communication skills in Ukrainian and English, fast learning, strong attention to details, precise accuracy in all endeavours.What the company offers:
