Key Responsibilities\:
Manage Public Bids\: Coordinate and to advise the preparation and submission of public bids
Documentation Control\: Maintain and organize all bid-related documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for team members.
Stakeholder Communication\: Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather information and clarify bid requirements.
Market Research\: Conduct research on upcoming public tenders and evaluate opportunities for the organization.
Proposal Development\: Assist in the development of compelling proposals that align with organizational goals and client needs.
Administrative Support\: Provide general administrative support to the Power & Grid team, including scheduling meetings and managing timelines.
