As part of global P&GA team and within global P&GA strategy and messaging, the position is required to lead and coordinate the policy initiatives of the company in China, including relevant analyzing government strategy; identifying key initiatives; internally communicating the policy insight to the leadership team and related SBU; pro-actively communicating company’s position and expertise to the external stakeholder community.Develop a sustainable mapping of government relations matrix. Set up a strategic relationship and cooperation with central government and related regional and local government institutions.Engage with stakeholders and relevant platforms to understand the political dynamics, support to advise on critical issues of regional political and economic development.Support China key strategic initiatives and development strategy for business growth through identifying policy direction, shaping regulatory framework and relationship management.

Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in med or consultancy-related field preferred.Experience of MNCs with strong experience in the medical device sector, prior experience in serving multi-industrial sectors is a valuable plusAbility to quickly adapt to the corporate setting and understand business needs combined with ability to effectively engage with governmentStrong analytical, interpersonal and influential skills.Strong written and oral communication skills, both in Chinese (native level) and English. Fluency in German would be a plus.Good at problem solving and innovation with critical thinking methodology.Self-organized with an entrepreneurial spirit.Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a global team.
