Job Title: Sr. Director, Corporate Communications
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the company's corporate communication strategy, aligning it with the overall business objectives and brand vision.Manage all internal and external corporate communications, including but not limited to media relations, crisis communication, employee engagement, and stakeholder outreach.Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality, impactful content such as press releases, blog posts, executive speeches, social media updates, and other collateral.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, HR, etc.) to ensure consistent brand messaging and storytelling.Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.Lead a team of communication professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.Continuously evaluate and optimize the company's communication efforts, measuring success and making data-driven improvements.Contribute to the development of the company's overall strategic direction and serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
