Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Sr Public Relations Manager in Southern California California. This role predominantly operates within the technology industry, where the job function primarily involves interactions with the media, public relations agency management, and communication with the research and development team. Key responsibilities: • Engage in meaningful dialogue and maintain strong relationships with the media. • Oversee the management of our PR agency and comprehend the media landscape. • Demonstrate excellent writing skills in creating and editing public relations content. • Utilize technology experience to communicate effectively with the research and development team about AI and other topics. • Handle crisis management situations and prepare executives for speaking engagements. • Maintain and enhance brand awareness through effective campaign planning and blogging. • Monitor and analyze data from Facebook Insights and CRM to inform PR strategies. • Create and manage editorial calendars to ensure consistent and timely communication. • Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud for design needs in PR campaigns. • Ensure adherence to U.S. Government regulations in all public relations activities.
