Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Public Relation Expert – Qatari National with degree to join our team!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Preparation of reports, manuals and guideline documents pertaining to specific handover and stakeholder issues as required by the client.Liaise with Key Stakeholders and Authorities to ensure a smooth handover of assets on completion of works.Provide handover and stakeholders input to weekly / monthly reports.Ensure the timely review of all documents submitted by the Consultant and/or Contractor.Ensures that pre-established requirements (e.g., which document numbering system will be used; how many and which signatures will be required for certain approvals, etc.) are satisfactorily met throughout the duration of the project.Expedites review, signature approval, and release of supplier and internally produced project documents.Attends project meetings, as needed, to give status of requisitions or other documents and to be kept current on project status.May monitor space requirements for project personnel to allow sufficient lead time for personnel placement as staffing requirements increase or decrease.May serve as engineering coordination job leader, providing technical guidance to Engineering Aides as required.Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree is required.Minimum 3 years’ experienceResourceful, pleasant, and approachable personality.Ability to work under stressful condition.Experience working in Qatar is required.Qatari Nationals only
