Description Public Relations Specialist Job Type: Contract | Location: Onsite, 4 days a week (Atlanta) Overview: We are looking for a Public Relations Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing media relations, crafting press releases, and handling communications for our brand. The ideal candidate has experience in public relations, media outreach, and brand reputation management. Responsibilities: + Develop and execute PR strategies to increase brand visibility and reputation. + Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials. + Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, journalists, and influencers. + Coordinate and manage press events, product launches, and media interviews. + Monitor media coverage and track PR campaign performance. + Respond to media inquiries and manage crisis communication if necessary. Requirements Requirements: + 3+ years of experience in public relations or communications. + Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. + Established media contacts and experience with media outreach. + Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects. + Experience with press events, media campaigns, and social media PR is a plus.
