The Montana Department of Corrections invites dynamic individuals to train Montana State Prison staff. We are on the lookout for someone with the passion, drive, and ability to inspire staff, fostering continuous learning and professional growth. * Train staff in basic, in-service, and professional training courses at Montana State Prison by working with MSP Management and MSP staff instructors to ensure the DOC Training Plan is met. * Ensure the delivery of department-specific and position-specific training is completed which contributes to the overall excellence of our personnel. * Collaborating with other Trainers and Management in developing, coordinating, and conducting training. * Collaborate with the Public Safety Training Manager to ensure training curriculums are consistently trained across the DOC and that, when applicable, staff train together across Bureau’s/Facilities/Divisions. * Training is not limited to our department; we extend our expertise to Judges, Youth Courts, Tribal Agencies, County adult/juvenile detention/regional prison personnel, and Law Enforcement agencies. *APPLICATION MATERIALS* */Applications missing required documentation may not be considered./* * Resume * Cover Letter * State of Montana Application * Include any training certifications Materials submitted but not requested will not be considered in the selection process, please make sure all attachments are marked as RELEVANT.
