Key ResponsibilitiesGovernment Account Manager Overview
We are currently hiring for Outbound Government Account Managers. This exciting opportunity will create end user demand for MRO products and services via the phone. Successful candidates will manage a new or existing territory and will be responsible to grow categorical sales, increase customer engagement and expand self-service web utilization. The position requires both relationship building and new business development with our State, Local, and Federal government; including Higher Education and K-12 customers. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 2 years sales experience Prior sales experience with State, Local and Federal government; including Higher Education and K-12 preferred Knowledge and competence in the major elements of inside sales including cold calling, business development, customer qualification, and customer acquisition Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated with superior problem solving and negotiation skills Excellent organization and time management skills are essential Energetic and enthusiastic; comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment EEO/AA Statement
