We’re looking for Experienced Associates to join our high-performing Public Sector Consulting team. You’ll work on high-impact projects, collaborate with industry leaders, and tackle real business challenges—all while learning, growing, and redefining what’s possible.

Support in the project implementation for public sector consultancy projects in several areas related to feasibility studies and business plans, market studies, public administration reforms, EU technical assistance projects etc.
Handle, manipulate and analyze data and information responsibly.
Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise.
Apply methodologies for data mining & analysis, processes' design and financial analysis.
Apply business process modelling to design/ document processes.
Know how to build business plan models or be familiar with excel modelling.
Share and collaborate effectively with others.
Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner – verbally and in the materials produced.

1- 2 years of work experience in consulting firm / research organization / business unit
A degree in Economics, Business, Science, Technology or Engineering
Excellent writing skills in Greek and English language
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
Optional but a strong plus will be:
an MBA or a Master’s degree in the fields mentioned above
Knowledge of ESIF/EU Structural Funds /RRF
Knowledge of EU tendering procedures (eTendering/TED, and framework/service contract modalities).
Experience with proposal elaboration, team structuring, and CV compliance.
Knowledge of public procurement framework
Excel modelling skills
Financial and/or accounting skills and/or business planning skills
