Overview

Summary

The Public Sector Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing the contracts for our E-RATE program for K-12. This will include working with our regions to support FCC compliance. The goal for this role is to grow the E-RATE program while supporting governance and compliance.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

Creates E-RATE compliance guidesManages E-RATE Productivity Center (EPC)Collaborates with RVPs and DSO-SLED on E-RATE training (quoting & ordering) and sales enablement for Sales and Sales Operations TeamsCollaborates with Maintenance and Managed Services Director on regional training and sales enablement for Maintenance and Managed Service TeamAssists in creation and tracking of E-RATE dashboardsAddresses any compliance issues with Sales and/or Sales OperationsPartners with SLED RVPs to expand contract use within region to grow territoryCollaborates with Marketing DSOs and T&D to develop customer education and marketingAttends national public sector contract conferencesPartners with SLED Sales Management and Contract/Legal on new contract solicitation determination/bid proposalsManages all new E-RATE 471 awards to ensure all compliance requirements are metCollaborates with Contract Administrator to manage contract requirementsParticipates in annual USAC auditsMaintains Contract Price List management (LCP) in ERP Handles all general contract management- Main contact, review contract updates, contract modifications Qualifications

Required Qualifications

2-5 years experience working with E-RATE K-12Strong Communication SkillsAnalytical skills to develop plans for E-RATE training programs and reporting

Pay Range

$64,000 - $90,000

Base pay ranges are estimated. Actual base pay will be based on education, experience, location, certifications, skill set, and any other relevant factors. Incentive/variable pay opportunities are in addition to base pay.
