ABOUT THIS ROLE
Audible's Publisher Partnerships team seeks a highly organized individual to act as the central point of contact between external publishers and team members, by owning and managing the approvals process required for Audible content and related assets to be used in customer-facing campaigns. In addition to the approvals workstream, the Publisher Relationships Specialist will be responsible for upkeep of (daily/weekly/monthly) tracking/reporting related to our partner releases.

Attention to detail, a can-do attitude, with an ability to work nimbly (and often quickly) will be key to your success. You are a strategic thinker who will not hesitate to ask questions and be willing and able to prioritize testing and learning in order to improve internal processes.
This position is a 24 month fixed-term contract.
As a Publisher Relationships Coordinator, you will…
- Learn and understand the Audible approval process, associated risk levels, and internal systems/tools for tracking campaigns
- Keep processed documents updated and accessible for internal education on seeking approvals
- Handle incoming approval requests, ensuring proper forms and information are completed
- Validate accuracy of title inclusion in requests
- Communicate campaign details and approval requests to external providers
- Track and catalog all approvals and rejections
- Communicate final decisions to the campaign owner or team
- Catalog required information in relevant tools/systems
- Participate in meetings to understand campaign details and approval requirements
- Maintain accuracy of cross-team planning documents for title priorities, social media integrations, and editorial support
- Document weekly Audible support of titles across various platforms
