As a Publishing Coordinator, Wild Rift for the global Wild Rift publishing team, you will be responsible for connecting between global and regional teams, ensuring our games are successfully published in the region. This includes a variety of operational tasks required content management, publishing calendar planning, coordinating assets and information between teams and regional publishers. In addition, sometimes you will also be supporting brand and social media managers on marketing campaigns, organized play events, leading specific work streams that harness Riot's creative energies to engage players with a deep understanding and appreciation of the Wild Rift brand.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Wild Rift publishing teams, content operations, and localization teams to streamline content operations and ensure efficient coordination. Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns in collaboration with brand managers, content producers, and regional publishing teams. Partner with brand managers, creative teams, and IP teams to review, adapt, and deliver localized marketing campaigns and assets. Provide support for the organization and execution of offline marketing events and tournaments, aligning all logistics and promotional efforts with brand standards. Collaborate with Tencent publishing teams in China to implement specific activations and initiatives that enhance the Wild Rift brand presence. Work closely with social media managers and external agencies to produce engaging social media assets and coordinate timely content releases.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in game publishing, campaign planning, project management, and content operation. Great knowledge about the Chinese gaming culture Familiar with League of Legends game and IP content Familiar with global social media and experience in social media management Fluent in both spoken and written business EnglishEmployment Type: employment contract with FESCO Adecco, a professional personnel company in China.
