The Publishing Lead on the Investment Content Management team oversees the production of pitch decks, quarterly attribution reports, one pagers and more for a set of funds/strategies. These materials are usually product specific and are used across institutional, gatekeeper and RIA audiences. The Publishing Lead also leads the collaboration between sales, Investment Directors, product teams, and other key stakeholders in creating enhancements to these materials, helping to craft timely stories to further NACG business goals.

You have a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience working with mutual funds, investment research, and/or other investment tools.
CFA designation is a plus.
You have investment product knowledge which will allow you to drive consistency and accuracy of data across materials.
You have previous project management experience.
You have previous experience dealing with multiple stakeholders.
You can influence senior business leaders on strategic business matters.
You can identify issues and recommend solutions on complex and broad matters.
You can plan processes and work across broad, diverse groups to ensure work is completed in a timely manner.
You can build appropriate rapport with internal and external contacts.
You can lead and manage projects of significant scope across the organization.
Southern California Base Salary Range: $116,974-$187,158
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
