Primarily you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the organizations contract resources – releasing new positions, scheduling interviews, onboarding contract resources, and ensuring that we remain in compliance with the policies and procedures established by Publix Super Markets, Inc.  
 
Responsibilities Assist with the day-to-day activities for Publix Technology’s contract resources Partner with Publix Technology hiring managers to release new positions, coordinate interviews, and onboard new contract resources Work with the company's preferred contract vendors to provide regular communication on open positions, candidate queues/updates, and contractor releases, etc.) Collaborate with different teams across the organization as it relates to our contract resources (Technology Services, Access Verification, Security Operations) Crosstrain with other IT Staffing/Onboarding specialist to learn onboarding tasks, job postings, interview scheduling, and other duties to serve as a back-up when required Other duties as assigned
