The Inside Account Executive’s is an entry point into B2B IT Sales at the organization. The Inside Account Executive will focus on IT sales by building a book of business of and selling to SHI’s customers within an assigned territory in Healthcare accounts. The Inside Account Executive will profile accounts through cold calling and prospecting daily, while developing and maintaining customer relationships by understanding and creating pricing quotes for their IT product, solutions, and services needs.
This Technology Sales role is unique in providing you with experience servicing organizations end-to-end from introductions to customer management. As an Inside Account Executive, you will interact with the largest manufactures in the Technology industry every day, i.e.: Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, HP, Cisco, Google, and Dell to name a few.

Profile accounts through cold calling and prospectingEstablish and develop customer relationships via email and phone within assigned book(s) of businessHelp customers select, deploy and manage various aspects of their IT environmentQuote and place orders based on customer requestsGrow existing active buying accounts through profiling and managing projects through the entirety of the sales cycleConsistently hit daily and monthly activity goals: monthly meetings, monthly pipeline additions, and daily dials and talk timeRetire monthly/quarterly production quotaFacilitate customer meetings by proactively reaching out to customers and pre-scheduling the meeting with SHI internal resourcesAcquire and manage the IT needs of medium to large businesses while providing customers with a best-in-class customer experience Collaborate and co-sell with SHI internal resourcesResolve customer inquiries, determine customer pain points and offer solutions to solve customer IT challengesUtilize internal sales tools including our customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise resource planning (ERP) and quote creation toolProvide customers insight around industry leading technology and IT trendsKeep updated on product and industry knowledgeAttend product and sales trainings as requiredMaster SHI systems and tools for quoting, ordering and sourcing Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required OR relevant Sales experience minimally requiredPassion for customer outreach and delivering a personalized customer service experience Required Skills Ability to learn more about the Information Technology IndustryStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environmentSuperior organization skills and project/time management abilitiesExcellent consultative sales skillsStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to prospect, negotiate, and close dealsPreferred Qualifications/Skills
Completed Bachelor's degree preferredHigh level of interest in Technology and a career in salesExperience or understanding of health care eco-systemProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Word and Excel Additional Information The estimated annual pay range for this position is $40,000 - $45,000 which includes a base salary and commission. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
