1. Oversee daily operations of the logistics facilities, ensuring efficient pick-up and delivery processes for customers.
2. Manage facility operational processes in terms its performance, compliance & optimizing its processes.
3. Manage a team of staffs and ICs, providing guidance and training to enhance productivity and service quality.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sortation, Transportation, Operation Excellence, Resource Sourcing ..., to streamline end-to-end logistics operations.
5. Develop and implement contingency plans to address unforeseen disruptions, ensuring minimal impact on customer service.
6. Monitor KPIs, such as on-time delivery rates, to evaluate team performance and drive continuous improvement.
7. Tactical planning in terms of resources (manpower, equipment, space, etc) in line with fluctuation of daily/weekly/monthly volume.
8. Analyze operational data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce cost.
9. Establish & keeping track daily/weekly/monthly facility performance report in terms of its services, productivity, efficiency & cost.
10. Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards in the hub's multifunctional operations
11. Working closely with Facility Manager on matters related to facility operations.
