Senior – Maintenance Planner

Responsibilities:

Barrick is looking for a Senior Maintenance Planner to join our project team. This person will be responsible for Plan, schedule, and control the compliance of preventive and predictive maintenance for equipment in communication and coordination with the Maintenance Engineering Superintendency, Superintendencies, and Maintenance Execution supervisors, to improve the reliability and availability of the equipment required for production, in accordance with the quality, safety, and environmental standards required by the operation.

Qualifications:

Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. Technical competence in Maintenance Planning and asset management/control. Bilingual (English/Spanish), preferred. Microsoft Office Maintenance Systems Failure analysis and continuous improvement Maintenance strategies and continuous improvement Experience in the development and control of maintenance budgets 5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a mining environment.
