POSITION SUMMARY

The Accounting Administrator helps perform financial, clerical, and administrative duties to ensure accounting processes are completed efficiently and accurately.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Assist Accountants with Promotional Agreements – Review & Uploading Assist Accountants with entering Accrual Adjustments Gathers information regarding customer deductions on AR Assist Accountants with processing Credit Memos Assist accounting with other ad-hoc requests or special projects as assigned Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma, GED or equivalent Two (2) years of general accounting experience Preferred Qualifications

College courses in accounting, or Knowledge of SAP

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITITES (KSA’s) Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with vendors and staff. Strong attention to detail and interest in accuracy Strong analytical/problem solving ability. Must thrive in a fast-paced work environment and be able to adapt to changes and reprioritize. Ability to function as a team player. Ability to manage tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work independently. Results oriented, proven level of high performance. Experience with utilizing SAP is a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and balancing. Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office machinery.
