POSITION SUMMARY
As a supervisor level in the Finance department, the Accounts Receivable & Sales Reporting Supervisor will supervise the Accounts Receivable and Sales reporting department within Finance and make decisions concerning credit limits, acceptable levels of risk and terms of payment to their customers. The Accounts Receivable & Sales Reporting Supervisor will ensure timely and accurate sales reporting, reconciliation of related sales and receivables accounts, and associated ledger adjustments.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related business field One (1) year experience in accounts receivable within a manufacturing environment Three (3) years combination of Accounting, AR and Credit experience Sales reporting experiencePreferred Qualifications
Supervisory experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA’s)
Strong financial analysis skills, including the ability to discern a company’s financial strengths and weaknesses by reviewing its balance sheet and income statement. The ability to communicate in an effective and professional manner both verbally and in writing Strong attention to detail Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Effective written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate up, down and across the organization
