Ensure accurate and timely completion to include but not limited to, weekly production closings, inventory tracking
and analysis, journal entry preparation, balance sheet account reconciliations, raw material inventory valuation,
accounts payable, vendor claims management and the cost accounting portion of the period end close process.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associate’s degree or two (2) years equivalent experience in accountingPreferred Qualifications
Experience in a manufacturing environment Bachelor’s degree or four (4) years equivalent experience in accounting KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES (KSA’s) Ability to build professional relationships with accounting and other cross functional teams while facilitating a collaborative environment Ability to manage tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work independently Proven analytical skills with attention to details and possess a high degree of accuracy Possess strong analytical skills in reviewing data to identify trends and opportunities Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel, proficiency with Data Analysis, Pivot tables, and complex graphs Demonstrated ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, present complex ideas concisely and clearly articulate ideas verbally and in writing. Ability to work within a matrix organization Experience using SAP software programsENVIRONMENTAL/WORKING CONDITIONS
Ability to work in an office and plant environment with exposure to noise, equipment and machinery.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing, and occasional climbing, stooping,kneeling, crouching, crawling, and balancing. Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the
use of office machinery. Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as
communication through automated devices such as the telephone. The noise level in the work environment
ranges from normal office levels to loud.
COMPENSATION
• $68,115 - 85,138 annual salary, depending on geography, skills, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
• This position is eligible for an incentive bonus, based on achievements of company targets and individual performance expectations
