Position Summary

As a staff level position in the Supply Chain department, the Shipping &Receiving Customer Service Representative will monitor shipment transactions and track warehouse inventory by handling unit using SAP. The Shipping & Receiving Customer Service Representative will prepare reports and collaborate with other departments within but not limited to Supply Chain

Essential Job Functions

Monitor imports, inbound and outbound orders; track product progress; reconcile data with SAP; review and track warehouse inventory and handling unit(s); ensure accurate inventory; coordinate overages, shortages and damage claims from final customers and CEDIs; resolve order and product issues. Prepare and generate product reports and claim(s); track requests, request hold releases and communicate product status; process withdrawals or recalls as needed to support QA. Work with Product Management to ensure loads are being handled timely by contracted warehouse Provide Bill of Lading as needed to internal customers Coordinate product sample and Point of Purchase (POP) deliveries in collaboration with external vendors Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Four (4) years’ experience in inventory management Experience in enterprise WMS and/or SAP

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in CPG food industry Four (4) years’ Warehousing experience Bilingual fluency in school English and Spanish reading, writing & speaking

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Must demonstrate strong attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team Proven organization skills, including the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects to meet various deadlines in a fast-paced environment while presenting a professional demeanor.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Usual office and/or plant environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and/or balancing. Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office and/or plant machinery/equipment. Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices such as the telephone. Noise level in the work environment ranges from normal office/plant levels to loud levels due to equipment and/or machinery use. May be exposed to cold temperatures

Physical Requirements

Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
