POSITION SUMMARY

This position will be responsible for championing the consumer, instrumental in driving our understanding of consumer behaviors and preferences, and in shaping product development and marketing strategies.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Facilitate the organization’s understanding of consumers, shoppers and market dynamics and apply this knowledge into projects, processes and decisions Direct consumer and market research: translate business needs for external research agencies and deliver the insights for business stakeholders to better understanding consumers, shopper and market dynamics Market, consumer and shopper analysis to support management & commercial teams with insights to make better business decisions Prepare detailed reports and presentations on consumer insights, translating complex data into understandable and actionable information for different departments. Work closely with the marketing, product development, and sales teams to integrate consumer insights into business decisions. Support Innovation by facilitating data sources for new consumer trends for new products, flavors, and other consumer needs. Coordinate the Brand development data research and insight management including the Brand health and funnel Lead the Artificial Intelligence consumer insight research-based initiatives and efforts. Effective budget & vendor management for consumer research projects Other duties as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field. Five (5) years’ of experience in consumer insights, market research, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree Experience in consumer insights, market research in the FMCG sector. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES (KSA’s) Proficiency in data analysis tools and knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with the latest trends in consumer behavior and market research
