POSITION SUMMARY

Enters and controls data from confidential employee records in the organization’s HRIS systems. Reviews source documents for accuracy and completion of data input and verifies output.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Perform data entry of HR Transactions and new hire paperwork provided by the field. Perform internal audits to ensure quality assurance with master data. Communicate with Partnerships regarding paperwork and onboarding materials Provides administrative support to HRIS team Other duties as assigned

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School degree or equivalent One year administrative experience including data entry

Preferred Qualifications

SAP HCM experience 1 year Human resources experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSA’s) Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word Attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality in all work performed Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, with time sensitive and changing deadlines, without sacrificing accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work in high volume, fast paced environment

Sitting for long periods of time

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and balancing. Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office machinery. Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices such as the telephone.
