Position Summary

Define, communicate and execute IT projects in collaboration with central team; manage project portfolio including but not limited to resources, risk management and project budget. Provide support to IT department including but not limited to Application Development, Communications, ERP, Infrastructure and Operations

Essential Job Functions Research and develop IT project plans including but not limited to include scope, procurement, resources, risk management, and quality requirements; implement project plan including but not limited to scheduling meetings, researching and tracking project budget in collaboration with project teams Communicate and document project status to internal stakeholders including but not limited to following up with project team on deadlines and commitments; provide IT project status to partner project management and consultants Facilitate on project management methodologies and competencies. Define and develop best practices to implement across business units (i.e. Mexico, LATAM, US, FOSE) in collaboration with corporate project management office Minimum Qualifications Enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree program, majoring in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, including the ability to write in a clear and concise manner Must demonstrate strong attention to detail Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines through prioritization of tasks Ability to build professional relationships and cross functional teams Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or four (4) years’ work-related experience Project Management certification Agile Project Management certification (Scrum) Physical Requirements Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and balancing. Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office machinery. Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices such as the telephone. Work Environment Office setting
