POSITION SUMMARY

Supervises Sales office administration including but not limited to inventory processing and company funds including but not limited to customer payments, prepare invoices and accounts receivable for National Accounts, Region 4 and Food Service sales offices.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Process invoices in SAP and upload to customers website. Contact customers; review payment status; coordinate receipt of payment for open and past due invoices Obtain backup documentation including but not limited to open deductions, promotions, and inventory/orders returns open on A/R aging and request repayments for customers, where appropriate Communicate to internal departments including but not limited to accounts receivable, sales, warehouse, transportation teams, Credit Manager, Director of Credit and VP sales; determine validity of deductions, inventory discrepancies, code dates and/or other process issues; files claims; solves discrepancies including but not limited to claims and short payments Process accounts receivable and payable functions including but not limited to entering credit memos; communicate bill back credit; collect applications of funds including but not limited to cash, checks, money orders, ACH and intercompany wire transfers; coordinates with accounts receivable of cash application Compile and analyze daily, weekly monthly, and annual reporting statistics including but not limited to Accounts Receivable Aging and Delinquency Reports; and SAP purchase orders Monitor current processes and procedures; address internal audit findings; create and propose action plan implement action plan Other duties as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or GED Two (2) years of experience in bookkeeping, AR, AP, route cash settlement, inventory controls, fleet controls

Preferred Qualifications

Associates Degree in Accounting, Administration or Finance▪Supervisory experience Supervisory experience One (1) year leadership experience Experience in SAP ERP modules Finance (FI) Controlling (CO), Material Management (MM), Plant Maintenance (PM) Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish reading, writing & speaking KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSA’s) Proficient with Microsoft office, including skills with Outlook, Word and Excel
