POSITION SUMMARY

Lead organizational change activities for key project(s). As a hands-on consultant, provide change management guidance and project leadership to Sponsors, project managers and project teams on all thing’s organization, change and employee related. Create an implement change management strategies and plans that maximize system and staff resources use and minimize risk of change implementation.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Adopt and execute organizational implementation plan in collaboration with Central team and leaders; provide recommendations for plan improvement; ensure Sigma US in adopting plan and its methodologies by tracking progress Guide assigned stakeholders through the change including providing resistance management, conflict resolution and providing strategies for anticipating and addressing potential resistance to change. Partner with local Talent & Culture (T&C) teams and business leaders in the areas of engagement, cultural change initiatives, organizational design, and process improvement to provide customized solutions that support business objectives and goals Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities. Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support implementation of the changes required by a release or initiative Assess and assign risk to gaps in awareness, desire, knowledge, and ability. Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics Identify, design, development, delivery and management of communications related to the change implementation Conduct coaching and training sessions; consult and coach project teams; support and engage senior leaders; and coach managers and supervisors in change management activities Managing interpersonal relationships Assess change impact; define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders. Conduct project assessment, change readiness assessment, and impact assessments; complete change management assessments and share findings Other duties as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS BA/BS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Organization Effectiveness or related field or equivalent experience Five (5) years of Change Management experience delivering organization changes in medium to large-size organizations or related. Three (3) years of experience as an internal consultant to VP levels

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual, English/ Spanish Advanced degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or related field Human Resources certification preferred (e.g. SHRP, PROSCI Change Practitioner, HCI SWP, etc.) Knowledge and application of predictive modeling and statistical methods – such as R and/or SAS Experience forecasting and workforce management modeling, statistical analysis, human capital analytics, data and trend analysis KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSA’s) Extensive experience applying at least one recognized organization design and change management theory in a complex organization. (Prosci, Kotter’s 8 Steps, William Bridges, Conner’s Change Execution Methodology, etc.)  Demonstrated ability driving enterprise-wide organization and change management programs to ensure intended outcomes and deadlines are met, mitigation plans are developed, and issues are resolved quickly  Experience facilitating large group workshops Ability to manage company wide, large scale, complex projects on time, within budget and with agreed upon effectiveness Proven ability to compile and analyze large data sets and present actionable plans Proficient with Microsoft office, including skills with Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint with advanced knowledge of Excel Demonstrated ability to communicate and present across all levels of the organization; must be able to clearly articulate complex ideas both verbally and in writing Ability to build professional relationships with change management and cross functional teams while facilitating a collaborative environment; ability to influence execution of programs Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working in a rapidly changing environment ENVIRONMENTAL/WORKING CONDITIONS Able to travel up to 35% of the time, including overnight stays for up to 5 days at a time. Valid passport or ability to acquire one

COMPENSATION $90,652-$113,000 annual salary, depending on geography, skills, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is eligible for an incentive bonus, based on achievements of company targets and individual performance expectations
