Supervise production activities including but not limited to coordinating activities of workers engaged in processing and/or the development of a product or a service; provides production reports to assist process improvement.
Coordinate work schedules, staffing requirements, and production sequences to maximize productivity; may recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.
Maintains inventory records and requisitions ingredients/supplies as necessary to meet delivery schedules; evaluates materials and products to maintain organization standards.
Troubleshoots and resolves process, equipment and material issues in conjunction with machine operators and support personnel.
Double-checks, ensures accuracy, and finalizes production paperwork including but not limited to production reports, work order documentation, safety and sanitation documents, and quality records
Coach and counsel associates while coordinating and enforcing process controls, policies and procedures; trains new workers in operation of equipment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
HS Diploma, GED or equivalent One (1) year production experience One (1) year leadership experience Ability to become forklift/pallet jack certified Ability to understand Quality Standards, SSOP’s, applicable Pre-requisite programs, and HACCP Proficient with Microsoft office, including skills with Outlook, Word and Excel The ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, present a professional demeanor and work well independently and within a team environmentPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Two (2) years production experience Two (2) years leadership experience Knowledge of Food Safety practices (HACCP, GMPs, SOPs, SSOPs, and SQF)
