Position Summary

Work with the USA snack team to assist with Operations, Marketing, R&D and Sales to add efficiency to the team and our processes. Gain an understanding about how the team runs each aspect of the business and participate in a cross functional, small team. Take on projects from team leads and gain a deeper understanding of each function.

Job responsibilities

Operations:

Support operational activities for Snack’in For You brand including sourcing, shipping, planning, purchasing, etc.

Supply Chain:

Transportation: Help coordinate & Resolve order issues with inbound and outbound shipments. Purchasing/Planning: Provide raw material, packaging, and finished goods forecast to vendors and communicate the need for SAP purchase orders and provide all information.

Warehouse/Inventory:

Support inbound/outbound orders and booking appointments to warehouse and to customer. Ensure inventory is balanced between warehouses and SAP. Coordinate operations with warehouse partners: 3rd party warehouses, US Cold and Cedi’s. Monitor inventory levels for raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and finished goods. Provide batch numbers and expiration dates to warehouse for shipping orders to customers.

Accounting: - Vendors

Accounts Receivable: Help obtain all necessary documentation to onboard new suppliers. Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices through workflows, verify invoice accuracy and address any discrepancies with suppliers.

Marketing:

Submit Product Code Requests (PCRs) for new item SKU’s.

Quality and R&D:

Support all trial runs and sourcing of raw materials/ingredient, order placement, and arranging pickup and delivery to copacker facility or warehouse.

Sales:

-Run weekly sales reports in SAP.

-PO execution - Customers

Input orders into SAP. Warehouse notification/communication Collection follow-up
