Lead the comprehensive strategy for total rewards and organizational design, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role is responsible for maintaining market competitiveness, promoting internal equity, and optimizing organizational structures to enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement.
•Define and drive the Strategy –Define a clear Total Rewards philosophy –Prioritize initiatives •Build a Strategic Operating Model –Develop global ways of working and governance –Establish and manage key committees and forums •Employee Experience and Wellbeing –Codesign with EEX and Talent Journey the strategy and initiatives that complement the total rewards strategy •Implement a sustainable performance culture –Monitor and envelop pay for performance and recognition strategies –Establish differentiate rewards approaches for key talent segments •Executive Rewards Operation –Establish and manage executive compensation •Organizational Design –Analyze and designs organizational structures to enhance efficiency and alignment with the organization strategy – •Requirements –Bachelors degree and 7+ years of experience in compensation, benefits and org design. –Experience in leadership roles –Experience in leading transformational projects –Experience with evaluation and salary structure systems (Mercer, Hay Group, etc) –Strategic thinking and influence business decision –Results - orientated •
