Pulmonologist - Open Rank

UT Health San Antonio, Department of Pediatrics, Joe R. & Teresa Lozano Long School of Medicine seeks an additional board certified/board eligible pediatric pulmonologist at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Professor, Clinical Non-Tenure Track.  In this position, you will join a growing division of three pulmonologists and two nurse practitioners.  The Division is the major provider of pediatric respiratory care to the population of South Texas.  They have an accredited cystic fibrosis center, a growing allergy program, a home mechanical ventilation program, a bronchopulmonary dysplasia team, and affiliation with a sleep center.  The majority of clinical activities occur at University Hospital and affiliated clinics.  The selected individual will have demonstrated interest in academic pediatric pulmonary medicine in terms of delivery of clinical care and teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows.    Applicants with additional training in allergy and immunology are also welcome to apply.  Competence in pediatric bronchoscopy required.
