As a Pump and Motor Service Center - Training Coordinator in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the IBR Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include: + Support Training organization in scheduling resources. + Responsible for coordination of all logistics required to perform training. + Be competent to perform tasks that may impact on health and safety in the workplace. + Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. + Perform a variety of tasks, working under general supervision. + May provide guidance to less experienced Training Coordinators. Major Duties include: + Single point of contact for scheduling dates for all training activities + Coordinate instructor assignments + Setting up facilities and materials required for training + Coordinate and Notify participants and instructors of travel arrangements when needed + Proctor and administer testing + Provide computer support for training activities + Perform data entry of all training and qualification + Assist with training audits + Assist with other general clerical duties as directed + Play an active role in creating a safe and healthy workplace and comply with all applicable safety and health rules This position requires up to 25% travel. Your Total Rewards Package The range of base salary for the position is between $24.10 - $31.50 per hour, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
