Are you ready to join our team as a Pumper/Operator II and make a positive impact in the oil and gas industry? As a full-time contractor, you will have the opportunity to work on a 12-hour shift, all nights, 7 on/7 off rotation schedule in Pleasanton, Texas. Role Overview

Monitor and inspect equipment to ensure tank levels, temperatures, chemical amounts, and pressure are at specified levels. Record operating data such as products and quantities pumped, stocks used, gauging results, and operating times. Communicate with other workers to start and stop flows of materials or substances. Tend vessels that store substances such as gases, liquids, slurries, or powdered materials. Turn valves and start pumps to regulate flows of substances. Plan movement of products through lines to processing, storage, and shipping units. Read operating schedules or instructions to determine amounts to be pumped. Clean, lubricate, and repair pumps and vessels. Collect and deliver sample solutions for laboratory analysis. Connect hoses and pipelines to pumps and vessels prior to material transfer.

Skills & Qualifications

Operator background with 4-7 years of pumper experience. Experience with Gas Lift, ESP Artificial Lift, and SCADA systems. Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies for effective operations. Knowledge of machines and tools for repair and maintenance. Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing efficiency. Good knowledge of the English language including grammar and spelling. Knowledge of curriculum and training design for individuals and groups.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required. Certifications in Gas Lift, ESP Artificial Lift, or SCADA systems preferred. Minimum 4-7 years of experience as a Pumper/Operator II.

Pay & Benefits

Competitive hourly rate with weekly billing from Sun-Sat. MRO will provide cell phone and laptop for work purposes. Standard Pumper Tool kit required for the job. Supplier truck rate billable back to client. Opportunity for overtime pay after 40 hours during the billing period. Pending acquisition may lead to long-term employment opportunities.
