Weatherford is seeking a skilled Pumping Unit Services Field Operator to join our team in Gillette, WY. In this role, you will be responsible for hands-on operation and maintenance of Artificial Lift/Pumping Unit equipment, machinery, and systems. As a valued member of our field crew, you will work under the guidance of a Field Engineer or Field Specialist to ensure efficient and effective delivery of our services.

Responsibilities Pre-load job with no supervision Rig up and rig down cranes and bucket trucks Repair and maintain pumping units Drive company vehicle to location when required Maintain neat housekeeping Understand and comply with Weatherford's Quality Policy, Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures, and Workplace Instructions Adhere to all safety rules and company policies Perform work assignments to the highest quality standards Carry out various other duties as assigned by the supervisor within the physical constraints of the job Requirements High School diploma or GED Clean driving record Ability to work at heights Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs Willingness to work in all weather conditions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong teamwork abilities Flexibility to work long and/or irregular hours as required Preferred Qualifications Pumping unit repair experience Basic computer skills 2+ years of oilfield experience
