Key Responsibilities: + Execute general labor tasks to support construction activities. + Operate machinery and tools properly and in compliance with safety standards. + Assist with the assembly and installation of various structures, including framing, drywall, and finishing touches. + Maintain a tidy and organized worksite. + Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. + Adhere to all safety guidelines and practices on job sites. + Perform drywall installation and finish work, including taping and sanding. + Carry out repairs and touch-ups to ensure a high-quality finish.
