Purchase Card Analyst

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** + Oversee the implementation and management of the ghost card program within SAP and JDE systems. + Lead the month-end process to ensure timely closure for PCard and Epayables within SAP and JDE. + Reconcile bank statements for all company card programs to ensure accuracy within SAP and JDE. + Act as the primary subject matter expert for all company card program setups, including significant activity related to mergers and ERP transitions. + Work closely with senior management and HR teams to drive company compliance and ensure adherence to policies and procedures. **What Are We Looking For** + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. + Minimum 2 years experience + Proven experience managing Epayables and PCard programs within SAP and JDE systems. + Strong understanding of ERP systems and experience with mergers and transitions. + Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including senior management and HR. **Work Environment** + Hybrid schedule - 3 days in-office + Collaborative and dynamic team environment. + Opportunities for professional growth and development. **What We Offer** + Competitive base salary and participation in our annual incentive plan. + 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions. + Highly competitive benefits programs, including: + Medical, Dental, and Vision along with Prescription Drug Benefits. + Health Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), and Flexible Spending Account (FSA). + AD&D, Short- and Long-Term Disability Coverage as well as Basic Life Insurance. + Paid Bonding Leave, 15 days of Paid Vacation, 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave, and 10 Paid Holidays.
