_Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional with a strong background in financial and operational support?_ _Adecco’s client is seeking a_ **_Purchasing Coordinator/Biller_** _to join their team in_ **_Grand Rapids, MI._** **_Why work with Adecco:_** + **_Pay is $_** **_19.50/HR._** + **_Benefits, including health, dental, vision, and 401k._** **_What you’ll do:_** · Provide financial and operational support to business leaders. · Collect, validate, and reconcile cost data. · Process purchase orders and ensure timely invoicing. · Coordinate payroll activities for service technicians. · Resolve invoice disputes and ensure timely payments. · Set up service agreements in system applications. · Perform general administrative tasks. **_Qualifications:_** • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • **_Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite._** • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Flexibility to work outside of normal working hours. • **_Knowledge of refrigeration systems and service agreements preferred._** **_Note:_** **_This role is On-site/Hybrid in Grand Rapids, MI.
