This is your opportunity to play a key role in ensuring seamless procurement operations and driving continuous improvement in a global business.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Create and Manage Purchase Requisitions: Accurately process Coupa POs and ensure compliance with procurement guidelines.Goods and Services Receipt: Confirm receipt of goods, initiate complaints or returns when necessary, and maintain records in Coupa.Dispute Management: Resolve purchase order discrepancies, update account details, and manage cancellations or amendments.Stakeholder Engagement: Build trust with end-market teams and ensure alignment with regional and global frameworks.Support Innovation and Compliance: Drive continuous improvement and uphold compliance with data privacy, security, and internal controls.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or a related fieldStrong communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively with culturally diverse teams.Experience with tools like Coupa, SAP, or similar ERP systems.You thrive in precision-driven environments and are committed to continuous improvement.
