Purchase-to-Pay (Intern)

Objectives of the Position

As part of the P2P team, you will be reporting to the Manager and support the team in managing projects and operation tasks.

 

Main Tasks

To support Request fulfilment activities in planning and administration.
Depending on business needs, your day-to-day role will include any of the following:

Support in delivering automation effort across teams to simplify work processes

Participate in improvement initiatives discussion to work on improvement plans and timelinesAssist the team in tactical projects according to the objectivesAdministrative management and coordination of P2P initiatives and activitiesPrepare documentation and presentation slides for assigned initiatives and activitiesSupport in assisting unit’s operational task as and when is required

 

Job Requirements

Education : 

Able to commit a minimum of 6 months internshipCurrently pursuing a Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Linguistics, or any related disciplinesA good team player with high level of maturity and independence

 

Technical & Professional Knowledge

Proficiency in oral and written English; orProficiency in oral and written MandarinProficient in Microsoft Office
