How you’ll make an impact:
Provide complex order creation support, including reviewing the completeness and accuracy of provided inputs, creating new purchase-to-pay requisitions in the Coupa system workflow, and ensuring timely handling of requests.Conduct internal control of pending requisitions and un-invoiced receipts, and review compliance.Provide PO (Purchase Order) guidelines for EMEACLA regionSupport supplier account managementPO lifecycle management, dealing with PO from requisition, through creation good receipt, coding modification to payment process, with close cooperation with procurement and AP teamsPhone calls to suppliers to verify bank details changes, utilizing Amazon Connect toolVerification of proof of performance for HCP invoices before final approval, ensure the provided documentation meets compliance requirementsOther incidental dutiesWhat you'll need (Required):
University Degree and some experience in related field e.g. finance/accounting/ customer service/ logistics etc.Proficiency in EnglishWhat else we look for (Preferred):
