Purchasing Accountant
Responsibilities:
recording and monitoring financial transactions related to the purchase of goods or services in the accounting system
preparing and adjusting financial statements related to buying and selling activities including invoices, receipts and various documents
checking and Estimating costs and revenues related to purchasing operations
Reviewing and analyzing financial reports related to purchasing operations, providing recommendations related to improving performance and reducing costs
Managing the process of issuing invoices, asking prices and paying debts related to transactions shopping
Retention and storage of financial documents and documents related to purchasing operations on a regular basis
Monitoring and awareness of changes in financial and tax laws and regulations related to purchasing activity and applying and complying with them
Cooperation with other departments of the organization such as production to improve the purchasing process and achieve greater productivity

Mastery of solutions
Mastery of Excel

Proficient in warehouse management
Dara having analytical and financial reporting skills
