Purchasing Accounting Manager Job Information: Location: Lakewood, NJ Contract-to-permanent opportunity Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday Pay-rate: $30.00/hour Purchasing Accounting Manager Job Duties: + Develop and manage the budget for procurement activities. + Forecast financial needs and manage cash flow related to purchasing. + Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities. + Negotiate terms and conditions to achieve favorable financial outcomes. + Implement strategies to reduce procurement costs. + Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness. + Perform accounts payable and accounts receivables. + Prepare invoices. Purchasing Accounting Manager Job Requirements: + 3+ years of related experience. + Strong experience with QuickBooks and MS Excel. + Strong attention to detail. + Experience with having direct communication with vendors and suppliers. + Available to start immediately.
