Responsibilities
Purpose: To maintain a consistent supply of goods, equipment and service for clinic. To purchase all material and services at a competitive price.
Function: Negotiate contracts with vendors, issue and approve purchase orders, develop and implement inventory controls, solve supply problems for departments, review and implement service contracts for equipment, attend meetings related to procurement, monitor performance of buyers and assist systems analysis.

Salary Range: $ 70,204 - $86,731 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

Education
Required: Associate degree or substitute 1-1: substitute years of equivalent procurement experience
Preferred: College Degree
Experience
Required: 3 –4 years in specific field of Procurement
Preferred: Five years in specific field of Medical Buying
License(s)
Required: N/A
Preferred: CPM or equivalent
Special Skills
Required: Windows 2000 (Proficient), Excel
Preferred: Microsoft Word, Lawson Procurement Software
