Job Summary:
As a Purchasing Agent, you will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating prices, and maintaining inventory levels to ensure our operations run smoothly. You will work closely with various departments to understand their supply needs and develop supplier relationships to support our company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings.Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure the best deals.Manage and maintain purchasing records, contracts, and supplier information.Monitor inventory levels and place orders to replenish stock as needed.Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and align purchasing strategies.Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to inform purchasing decisions.Resolve issues related to supplier performance, product quality, and order fulfillment.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant regulations.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing/procurement software.Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.What We Offer:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.04
