Summary This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Responsibilities You will require knowledge of the Government-wide Commercial Purchase Card and simplified acquisition policies and procedures which involve a wide variety of procurement regulations issued by DOD, DLA and local agencies. You will maintain all records in Navy ERP and IBM Maximo systems of record as required You will require knowledge of Financial Management Regulations and Fiscal Law in order to understanding the types of, and restrictions associated with the use of, various types of DOD funds. You will analyze problems and develop practical and immediate solutions within procurement regulations, procedures, and policies. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Knowledge of the Government-wide Commercial Purchase Card and simplified acquisition policies and procedures which involve a wide variety of procurement regulations issued by DOD, DLA and local agencies. 2) Working knowledge of available software and EBS applications Navy ERP and Maximo or equivalents. 3) Knowledge of Financial Management Regulations and Fiscal Law in order to understanding the types of, and restrictions associated with the use of, various types of DOD funds. Several vacancies may be filled.
