Description We are in search of a Procurement Coordinator to join our retail team based in Eagan, Minnesota. In this role, you will be accountable for managing customer orders, maintaining precise customer records, and addressing customer inquiries. Your daily tasks will involve monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when needed. This role offers a contract to permanent oppportunity! Responsibilities: • Manage and process customer purchase orders in an accurate and efficient manner • Utilize Accounting Software Systems for managing purchasing processes • Maintain and update customer records regularly • Resolve customer inquiries related to their orders and accounts • Handle accounting functions related to purchasing • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) related to purchase orders • Participate in budget processes to ensure cost-effective purchasing • Follow and enhance buying processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
